Animated Training Video Creator

I need a set of training-focused, fully animated videos that explain our material in a clear, engaging way. The pieces will be used strictly for educational purposes, so every scene should prioritise clarity over flashy effects while still holding attention.

Here is what I already know I need:
• Format: video only—no accompanying articles or social posts.
• Purpose: pure training/educational content, not marketing.
• Style: 100 % animation (motion graphics, character animation or a blend—open to the approach that best conveys the lessons).

Typical deliverable for each module:
1. A storyboard for approval before animation begins.
2. The final HD video (16:9, MP4 or MOV) with synced voice-over and royalty-free background music where appropriate.
3. Source project files so I can update assets later if content changes.

Please estimate a reasonable runtime per module based on the topic outline we’ll share, and include which toolset you prefer to work in—Adobe After Effects, Blender, Toon Boom or similar are all fine.
