Animated Teaser for TheLuckiest Africa

I'm looking for an animator to create a 3d animation teaser for my brand, TheLuckiest Africa. The design file is in PSD format.
Please note

Requirements:
- Animate all background symbols like a disintegrated piece all coming together
- Logo ball should bounce in with a cool entry effect
- Apply specific color effects as discussed
- last but 1 frame *712#
-Last frame should be the ball and the "Luck Is coming to You" beneath the ball
-the animation should repeat endlessly
-voice call meeting required for briefing on the project

Deliverables:
- Illustrated animated file
- Delivery within 2 days; extra $25 for 1- day completion

- Proficiency in animation software
- Experience with PSD files
- Strong artistic skills for smooth animations
