2D Animated Storybook Video

I have a finished 24-page children’s picture book PDF—“The Hero Friends: Activate Your Super Ears”—and I’d like to bring it to life as a lively read-aloud video for my YouTube channel. I’m set on a 2D, digital-animation look that feels true to the artwork already on the pages, so you’ll be working with the existing character and background designs rather than starting from scratch.

Here’s what I need:

• Subtle, engaging movement on every page—think eye blinks, character gestures, and gentle parallax or camera pans that keep young viewers’ attention without straying from the original illustrations.
• Seamless page-to-page transitions that mimic a natural storytime flow.
• Professional voice-over and light sound-design touches (background music and a few well-timed effects). If you can record the narration, great; if not, sync my supplied voice track perfectly.
• Final video in 1080p (MP4) ready for YouTube, plus the editable project files from Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom, or your preferred digital-animation suite.
