Animated SVG for Race Circuit in App

Project: Adobe Animate lap-animation for 2D circuit (exported as animated SVG)

I am building a motorsport app called Spectator Guides and I need a clean, lightweight animated SVG of a race circuit.

I will supply a flat 2D circuit graphic (Illustrator / SVG) – a simple line-art track outline on a square artboard. Your job is to use Adobe Animate to create a short looped animation of a lap around the circuit and export it as an animated SVG suitable for use in a mobile app.

Animation concept (8 seconds max)
• The circuit remains a flat 2D outline (no 3D shading, no textures).
• A pulsing circle/spot sits on the start/finish straight with a small arrow indicating the direction of travel.
• The circle then moves around the circuit, following the track path.
• As it travels, it leaves a trail of small dots that stay in place on the track and show the three timing sectors:
• Sector 1 – dots in Colour A (e.g. blue)
• Sector 2 – dots in Colour B (e.g. pink)
• Sector 3 – dots in Colour C (e.g. white)
• When the marker crosses from Sector 1 to 2 to 3, the dot colour changes accordingly.
• Once it completes the lap and returns to the start/finish straight, the marker gives one slightly stronger pulse, then the animation resets and loops.
• Total duration: maximum 8 seconds, smooth and loopable, no audio.

Technical requirements
• Work must be created in Adobe Animate.
• Final deliverables:
• 1× animated SVG suitable for mobile app use (no external JS libraries if possible – animation via SVG / CSS / built-in Animate export).
• The original .fla project file with all layers and symbols clearly named (track, marker, sectors, dots, etc.).
• A static SVG of the final track artwork as a fallback (no animation).
• A short MP4 or GIF preview so I can see the animation quickly.
• Artwork must scale cleanly at 1080 × 1080 and down to smaller mobile sizes without quality loss.
• Please keep the SVG code as clean and lightweight as possible – this is for a mobile app.

Ownership / usage rights (very important)
• This is exclusive work-for-hire. On payment, all rights (including copyright) to the artwork, animation, SVG, .fla and any derivative files transfer to me exclusively.
• You may not sell, share, reuse, resell, redistribute or repurpose the files, animation, artwork or any part of them for any other client, project or third party.
• You may not display the final animation or any in-progress work publicly (including in portfolios, showreels, stock sites, tutorials, etc.) without my written permission.
• By bidding you confirm you agree to these terms.

What I’m looking for in your proposal
• Links to previous Adobe Animate or SVG animations, ideally where something moves along a path.
• A short explanation of how you plan to move the marker along the circuit path and handle the sector colour changes.
• Confirmation that you can:
• deliver an animated SVG and .fla file;
• respect the exclusivity / no-reuse requirement.

This first job is for one circuit. If the style and files are clean, I will likely commission more circuits in the same style, so I’m looking for someone who can think in terms of a reusable style system.
