2d Animated Music Video With Narrative Elements

I am looking for a skilled animator to create a 2-4 minute music video with a cartoon-style animation. The video will contain narrative elements, with a moderate level of involvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in 2D animation and storytelling, and be able to bring my vision to life. The finished product should be engaging, visually appealing, and tell a compelling story through animation and music. Skills required include:
