Animated Employee Onboarding Intro
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
Our rapidly growing team needs a short, engaging animated video that welcomes new hires and gives them a clear picture of who we are, what we do, and the culture they are joining. The finished piece should feel upbeat and professional, run roughly two to three minutes, and be delivered in full-HD (1080p) MP4 along with all editable source files.
Scope of work
• Develop the concept, key messages, and overall visual style.
• Write a tight script, then translate it into a storyboard for approval.
• Produce smooth, brand-aligned animation—vector, motion-graphics, or character based as you see fit.
• Add professional English voice-over, background music, and light sound design.
• Handle final mixing, color, and export so the video is plug-and-play for our onboarding portal.
Acceptance criteria
• Script and storyboard signed off before animation begins.
• At least two revision rounds on the first animated cut.
• Final delivery no later than two weeks from project kick-off (sooner is even better given the ASAP timeline).
Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, or equivalent tools are expected; please keep project files organized for easy handoff.
To keep momentum, initial concept ideas and a realistic timeline for each stage will be needed right after award.
