2D Animated Educational Videos

I'm looking for simple 2D animated videos featuring Indian characters. These videos will be for educational purposes aimed at adults. Mix of storytelling and explainer videos; 20-25 videos for approximately 100 minutes in total
Key Requirements:
- Utilize 2D animation style
- Indian characters and themes
- Suitable for young (18-24) adult learners, with a bias towards women from tier 2 cities in india
- AI tools can be used to streamline the process
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 2D animation software
- Experience in creating educational content
- Familiarity with themes and cultural nuances relevant to the audience described
- Ability to integrate AI tools in animation production
