Animated Conan Exiles Server Banner

I’m commissioning a 468 × 60 px animated banner for my Conan Exiles server, Shadows of Gomorrah. The overall feel must stay firmly in the mysterious spectrum, with pyramids looming in the background and their hieroglyphics pulsing or flickering subtly to create that “ancient magic awakening” vibe. In front, a sorceress should remain on-screen at all times, occasionally glancing around as though guarding a secret.

Key text elements need to rotate or scroll at an unhurried pace so they’re readable yet visually interesting:

The server name, Shadows of Gomorrah, must be permanently visible throughout every frame.

Technical constraints
• Canvas: 468 × 60 pixels
• File size: ≤ 3 MB after export
• Compatible with standard web formats (GIF, APNG, or lightweight MP4 if you can supply a GIF fallback).
• Looping animation that feels seamless and not jarring.

Animation specifics
• Background pyramids: glowing hieroglyphics effect—think runes illuminating and fading in a slow rhythm.
• Foreground sorceress: simple “glancing around” motion; no dramatic spellcasting, just subtle head or eye movement to maintain file size.
• Colour palette should echo desert nights—muted golds, dusky purples, and deep shadowed blues—without losing legibility for the text.

Deliverables
1. Final optimised banner file meeting the size and format specs.
2. Source file (PSD, AEP, or equivalent) with clearly labelled layers for future tweaks.
3. A short note on fonts and colour codes used, plus any licensing credits for stock elements.
