3-D Animated Business Promo Video

I need a professional animated video for my pet waste removal company, Call Of Doodie. The video should be 15 seconds long and feature the following sequence:
- Company logo in the sky, surrounded by clouds as if the logo is made of clouds.
- A plane flies through the logo, dissipating it.
- Camera pans to the back of the plane, where our mascot stands with a poop scooper and bucket, ready to parachute.
- Mascot says, "Operation poop scoop is a go!" before jumping out of the plane.
- Mascot skydives towards a housing division and lands in a backyard.
