Animate (without using ai) a nsfw image that i have for less than 10 seconds.

Hi, so i have a nsfw image which is one created by ai (the people in the image are not real) and i want to animate it. In the image there are two persons, a male and female. The guy should be animated (the main animation part) because one of his hands should be moving constantly (caressing/rubbing the girl's butt). The two persons are dressed, which means they are not naked (nothing explicit) however the girl is wearing a swimsuit.
I want the animation to be done using apps and not ai tools, i only mention this because ai often denies this kind of images.
