Animate 3x illustrated images into looping videos

I'm looking for a talented freelancer to transform 3 still images into simple, looping animations for YouTube meditation-style videos. The animations should feature subtle movements, such as smoke drifting up and lights flickering, to create a calming effect. The style must be the same/taken from the original images. I'd also like a separate 'closing eyes' transition on After Effects that I can add at the end of a few loops of the video to then have a black screen at the end.
