Animate My Still Cartoon

I have a finished cartoon illustration that needs a touch of motion to make it feel alive. It’s strictly 2D work: I want light character movements—small gestures, subtle head turns—paired with gentle background animation such as drifting clouds or a slight parallax shift, light flickers, and gentle wind on straws.

I’ll provide the layered artwork (PSD/AI). You return:
• a looping 1080p MP4 (or ProRes)
• the editable project file from the software you use (After Effects, Toon Boom, or similar).

Keep the colours and style exactly as in the original, make the motions smooth and natural, and avoid adding any new design elements unless we discuss them first. Quick turnaround and a sample of similar work will help seal the deal.
