Animate Retro AI Anime Episode
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have the storyboards, AI-generated stills, voice tracks, and music ready for a 5-minute pilot in a retro, old-school anime vibe. What I need now is someone who can turn those static images into a fluid, engaging episode. This will be a serie so starting off with 10 episodes
The toughest part for me is getting every mouth movement, eye blink, and camera pan perfectly in sync with the dialogue and soundtrack, so that’s where I’ll lean on your expertise. Character designs must remain 100 % consistent from start to finish—no unwanted AI morphs, drifting faces, or mismatched proportions. On top of that, I’m expecting genuine anime motion: subtle body shifts, parallax backgrounds, smear frames where it helps, and cinematic camera moves that feel like something straight off a 90s cel.
You’re free to work in Runway, Pika Labs, Stable Diffusion, After Effects, or any comparable pipeline you’re comfortable with. As long as the workflow produces crisp transitions, clean composites, and frame-accurate audio sync, I’m open to it.
Deliverables for this episode
• Final 5-minute 1920×1080 video, ready for upload
• Project files (so I can plug them into future episodes)
• A quick rundown of the steps or scripts you used, to keep the style reproducible
When you reply, please link to at least one anime or AI-assisted animation you’ve completed, note the tools you’ll rely on, and provide your fixed price for this single 5-minute episode. If the pilot looks great, I’ll immediately line up the next chapters.
