Animate Book Cover Character promotional Video

I have a high-resolution book-cover image featuring two people. I will supply both that image and the approximate lines he must say. What I need is a short sequence where the male character steps toward the viewer in a natural, realistic gait while delivering the provided text in sync with believable mouth and facial movement. The rest of his body should move accordingly—arms, torso, subtle head motion—so the result feels fully alive rather than a simple cut-out. He is a half neanderthal male with his woman. He will be talking. The book cover has the background I wish to use. It should be a forest background. As a bonus, you could have huge wolves playing in the foreground, but it's not required.

You are free to choose the pipeline that suits you best (Blender, Adobe After Effects with DUIK, Character Animator, Moho, Spine, etc.) as long as the final result looks realistic and is rendered as a clean MP4 ready to drop into a promotional reel.

Deliverables
• 1× MP4 video, 1080p or higher, containing the full animation
• Source project files so I can make minor text tweaks later (optional but preferred)

Acceptance check
The walk cycle should be smooth and correctly proportioned to the original art; lip-sync must match every word of the script without noticeable delay; colors and line quality must remain faithful to the cover illustration. The book cover has the background I wish to use. It should be a forest background. As a bonus, you could have huge wolves playing in the foreground, but it's not required.
