Ancient Greek-styled Animated Gifs
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I need 6 simple, 3-4 s. looping animated illustrations as GIF files.
STYLE: similar to Ancient Greek "Black figure pottery" (Black, flat figures with outlines)
DEADLINE: END OF DECEMBER 2025.
BUDGET: 200-250 €
ABOUT FILES: The characters preferably on a transparent background if possible. I intend to use them in a lyric video for a song using After Effects. LARGE ENOUGH ILLUSTRATIONS, so they can be used on full screen 1080p full HD and still look sharp.
5 CHARACTERS (one needs 2 illustrations) - The Greek goddess Nyx and 4 of her children / grandchildren:
- Nyx (goddess of the night)
- Eris (Goddess of strife and discord)
- Momos (God of disdain and mockery)
- Deimos (God of fear and terror)
- Ponos (God of hardship and pain)
- ALL CHARACTERS IN FULL BODY ILLUSTRATION, SIDE VIEW (classic black figure paintings)
- NYX ALSO FROM FRONT, HALF BODY, arms wide as if "casting a spell". (Usually the black figure painting are always side profile, but for this I need also front, so you will need to adapt the face to front view.)
- The appearance and animations should reflect the nature of the gods / goddesses:
- Nyx: MYSTEROUS, REGAL, QUEEN-LIKE
- Eris: SLIGHTLY AGGRESSIVE, RESTLESS, EVIL GRIN
- Momos: MOCKING LAUGH, ARROGANT "BETTER THAN YOU" -attitude
- Deimos: THREATENING, FEAR-INSTILLING, SCARY
- Ponos: TIRED / WORN BUT ANGRY, LIKE HE WANTS TO HURT YOU FOR REVENGE
CLOTHING AND APPEARANCE: You are free to google inspiration, there are plenty of illustrations online, but they should be dressed according to ancient Greek style.
EXTRA DETAIL 1: Their lineart / outlines should all have A DIFFERENT STRONG COLOUR for each character, instead of typical white. So the illustrations are 2- coloured black + their own colour. For example Nyx could be indigo/cold purple, Eris magenta, Momos blue, Deimos blood red, Ponos orange.
EXTRA DETAIL 2 add a bit more of expression to the faces than what is typical for black figure paintings (which is zero expression...)
Attached is a stock illustration for reference, but you are free to add a bit of your own style to the illustrations, as long as they clearly remind of this style.
