Airport Zone Inspection Animation

I have already prepared a hi-res map of the airport together with a reference sheet that lists each inspection day, its corresponding shade of blue, and the labelled flags for every section. What I need is a short, professional-looking animation that plays out the inspection progress in chronological order.

The sequence should run as follows:
1. Start with the completely blank airport map.
2. Reveal the outline of Zone 04.
3. One day at a time, fade in the inspected areas inside Zone 04, using the exact blue shade assigned to that day and keeping the small flag labels visible and crisp.
4. Continue until the very last inspection day is displayed and the map is fully populated.

Style & technical notes
• Overall look: professional and clean—no flashy effects, just smooth, elegant transitions.
• Sound: none; I do not want background music.
• Final delivery: 1920×1080 MP4 (H.264).

The source stills are ready to download, and I can supply them in layered PSD, high-resolution PNG, or any format you prefer. Please feel free to work in After Effects, Premiere, or the tool of your choice as long as the colours and timing match the reference sheet perfectly.

When you hand off, I expect the final MP4 plus the editable project file so I can tweak dates or colours later if needed.
