Affordable Character Animator for Brand Icons & Stickers (Long Term, Multi-Brand)
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
We’re looking for an animator to bring a set of expressive mascot icons and characters to life as animated GIFs and short loops. The first project involves animating different personalities (happy, in love, grumpy, wearing shades, etc.) for use as digital product stickers and UI assets. Outstanding work on this project may lead to ongoing animation requests for other character sets.
Requirements:
- Animate 2D characters from supplied illustrations (PNG, SVG, or layered files).
- Create short, looped GIFs (1–3 seconds) expressing moods and simple actions (wave, blink, bounce, add sunglasses, etc.).
- Deliver files suitable for web, app, or social sticker formats (GIF/Lottie preferred).
- Be open to creative feedback and adjust animations as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Portfolio featuring character or mascot animation.
- Proficient in a modern animation tool (After Effects, Spine, Photoshop, Figma, etc).
- Experience with digital sticker/gif animation is a plus.
- Communicative, detail-oriented, and interested in building a long-term relationship with a growing brand library.
