Adobe After Effects Short Animation

I'm seeking an Adobe After Effects expert to create a 7-second animated movie. I have all the necessary graphics and a complete storyboard ready for you. The animation should have a cartoonish style and run at 30 fps. The background will be a solid color to keep the focus on the animated elements.

Key Requirements:
- Create a 2.5D animation using Adobe After Effects
- Implement character entrances with squash and stretch techniques
- Include blinks, shakes, and bounces for added character dynamics
- Use motion blur tricks for a swirl merge effect
- Execute a full logo spin utilizing a pre-rendered 3D turntable or simulate faux 3D with rotation and shadow

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, particularly in 2.5D animation
- Strong understanding of cartoonish animation techniques
- Experience with motion blur and squash/stretch effects
