I already have the artwork—layered PSD/AI illustrations for weekly Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. What I’m missing is the spark: concise, eye-catching 2D animation.
Scope
• Length per clip: 15–30 seconds
• Frequency: 2–3 finished posts each week (roughly 8–12 per month)
• Elements to animate: character movements (blinks, gestures, walk cycles, etc.) and subtle background elements (parallax, particles, lighting). Text & title work is handled on my end.
• Software: any 2D tool you prefer—After Effects, Toon Boom, Procreate-FlipBook—so long as the final files meet the specs below.
Deliverables
1. 1080 × 1920 (vertical) and 1080 × 1080 (square) H.264 MP4 ready for social upload
2. Project/source file with organized layers for future tweaks
3. Looping or seamless end-card finish, free of frame jitter or color drift
Turnaround & Budget
Artwork will land in your inbox each Tuesday; the polished animation should be ready within 48–72 hours so I can schedule posts by Friday. My ceiling is about $500 per month, so please tailor your bid to cover the full batch of clips rather than a single video.
If you have reel links that show lively 2D character and background animation, send them over. I’m set to begin this week and would love to lock in a reliable partner for the long haul.
