Terra-Mars aquaponic vertical farm for Deep Space Traveler to Mars

We want to show the setup, operation, dismantling and cleaning of a compact food production system that is being designed for travel to Mars. This is for a grant application to the Canadian Space Agency who has a request for proposals due on July 30th so time is very short, only one week to go. We want to demonstrate the setup and use of a system that will allow the energy and nutrient flow illustrated in the attached Nutrient flow diagram.
