I will supply the outline and any existing brand assets; you handle storyboarding, design, animation, voice-over syncing, and final rendering in full HD (or higher if your pipeline allows).
Your workflow can involve the tools you’re most comfortable with—Blender, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Toon Boom, or similar—as long as the finished piece carries that semi-3D look and plays smoothly on standard web platforms.
