SaaS Onboarding Explainer Videos
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
I’m building out the onboarding journey for our new SaaS platform and want the first touch-point to be a series of short, animated explainer videos. Text docs exist, but most customers skip them—so the focus here is video tutorials only.
Scope
• Produce a cohesive set of 1–3 minute animated explainers that walk first-time users through account creation, core features, and best-practice workflows.
• Handle everything from script writing and storyboarding through animation, voice-over, and final export (1080p MP4).
• Keep the tone friendly, concise, and action-oriented so viewers can follow along without pausing.
• Align visuals with our current UI (Figma files supplied) and brand palette; I’ll provide logos, fonts, and colour codes.
• Include light background music and crisp narration in neutral US English; we will supply pronunciation notes for product-specific terms.
Deliverables
1. Script + storyboard for each video (Google Doc / PDF).
2. Draft animations for review on a private link.
3. One round of consolidated revisions.
4. Final HD files plus editable project files (After Effects or equivalent) for our archive.
Acceptance Criteria
• Runtime respected: each clip must fall between 60–180 seconds.
• Clear pacing—every key click or step visible and called out verbally.
• Consistent intro/outro and lower-third style across the series.
• All text on screen adheres to provided brand guidelines.
