Product Explainer Animated Video

We want to create a product explainer video for our Instascope product (https://www.instascopeair.com/). It will involve an inspector arriving at a house and using the instrument first outside to get a baseline reading and then thru the interior. The inspector moves through the space, sampling the air and air quality statistics are shown on the side of the screen (PM2.5, PM10, Mold, etc). In one area of the house, the video zooms in on a mold colony in a corner. A fine particulate cloud surrounds the colony and is visible when the camera zooms back out. As the inspector moves the instrument's wand through that cloud, the readings on the side of the screen spike. Those are the basics, but we'll work out a more detailed storyboard once we're in contact. I'm imagining this having a Sims video game look, but I'm definitely open to other options. It could be a hybrid approach with real world footage that is converted to an animated feel. I am posting this as a project, but we are hoping to identify someone to do additional work.
