2D Instruction Educational Animation

I'm seeking a talented 2D animator to create an engaging educational video for adults. The animation should have a couple scenes. Step 1, step 2, etc. Target audience/keywords:
young adults, women, lifestyle, interior design, cute, retro, pastel color pallet.

I own a poster shop of original designs. My products are print-on-demand, so i need a short animation showing customers the process from my shop, to printing, to shipping, to delivered, to framing the poster, and hanging. The animation can be stop-motion-style like the example video link below. Video length should be around 15 seconds, without exceeding 20 seconds.
