Five-Second 2D Logo Animation

I have a finished logo that I’d like brought to life in a short, five-second 2D animation. The idea is simple: add a touch of movement—bounce, spin, slide, or whatever you feel best highlights the design—and layer in a light, polished sound effect to match the motion.

Because I’m set on a clean 2D style, please stick with tools suited to that workflow (After Effects, Animate, or similar). I’m flexible on the exact movement, so feel free to suggest what will create the most impact within the time limit.

Send a concise proposal that explains:
• the concept you’d apply to the logo
• the software you’ll use
• how you’ll source or create the accompanying sound effect
• your turnaround time

Deliverables will be:
1. A 5-second HD video file (MP4 or MOV)
2. The project file so I can make tweaks later if needed
3. A version without audio, just in case I want to swap the sound later
