Animated Instructional Video Creator (with Voice-Over & Screen Recording)

Project Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled freelancer to create a short, animated instructional video (5–7 minutes) that introduces architects to YellowAntNest and shows them, step by step, how to log in, navigate the dashboard, switch to Pro mode, complete KYC, and upload their projects.
Our friendly ant mascot will act as the on-screen guide, explaining each step naturally throughout the video. The goal is to make the tutorial clear, engaging, and easy to follow — suitable for both TV and mobile screens.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a complete script and storyboard featuring the mascot’s narration and smooth scene transitions.
• Record and capture clean screen recordings of each workflow step on the website (login, dashboard navigation, Pro mode, KYC, and project upload).
• Design and animate the ant mascot, integrating it naturally into the tutorial scenes.
• Provide a friendly, professional English voice-over with royalty-free background music for an energetic yet balanced tone.
• Edit and blend screen recordings with mascot animation for a cohesive flow.
• Deliver the final videos in:
– HD (16:9) for TV/web
– Mobile-friendly (9:16 or square) for phone screens
• Provide project source files for future localization or updates.

• Brand guidelines, logo, and mascot reference
• Access to the website and dashboard for screen recordings
• Flow details and login credentials as needed
• Timely feedback on draft versions to finalize the output
Deliverables:
