OEM Contracts specialist for Repair and Maintenance Contracts - Mining

I am looking for an experienced OEM Contracts specialist with an expertise in Mining to assist my business with Repair and Maintenance Contracts.
This specialist will be tasked with creating the contractual agreements for all associated Mining equipment including but not limited to Heavy Machinery, Drilling Equipment, and Processing Equipment. These contracts must adhere to our Service level agreements as well as include Warranty and Payment terms, and are expected to be valid for a period of between 3-5 years.
The right candidate for this role will have extensive experience in the Mining industry, with a demonstrated track record of successfully completing ODM contracts. They must be familiar with the legal requirements for Mining operations, and have the ability to stay up to date on relevant changes in the industry. Additionally, they must have strong analytical and problem solving skills, and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders both internally and externally.
1. Maintenance And Repair Contract (MARC) - Shovels: There is a current running contract with an OEM which comes to an end on Feb 2024 and our position is to prepare transitionary plans as well as have a ready maintenance strategy, ready to be implemented as of earluy, 2024. The ask here is for the independent entity to;
a. Appreciate current contract and develop transition plans out of MARC.
b. Propose a more economical maintenance strategy into 2024 onwards
c. Provide a business case to safely transition to a different type of maintenance
2. Review of maintenance transitions: The main ask here is to review previous maintenance transitions and provide guidance into the envisaged excavator specialised skills transition
