Node JS Backend Plattform to connect providers api with workers

Backend in NodeJS which provides a platform to connect multiple providers with their api's to workers who will do the tasks. Frontend for the workers is already ready and only the connection to the backend still needs to be done. Also, an admin panel in React or Ionic (React) is in the scope of the project and should show logs and charts with the data from the third party api's.
