Need somebody to design and develop a simple web application -- 2

Overview
- Application is meant to facilitate booking of flights via airline points
- Initially customers will request a quote which will then be calculated and sent to customers by internal team members
- Please ensure that design style matches the examples given
- Design to be done in Adobe XD or Figma

Desired functionality
- Provide interface to capture form data for flights
- Form will be in the style of kayak.com and skyscanner.com
- Fields
- Airport (from)
- Airport (to)
- Date
- Number of tickets
- Type of ticket (business, first class)
- Email
- On success/error user will be taken to relevant screens
- Initial release only needs captured form details to be sent to a specified email

Technical
- Use NodeJS with React or Vue
- Deploy application to AWS
