Develop A Chatbot that needs extensive DB skills

I need an expert chatbot developer with extensive db skills to integrate our chatbot with APIs giving that chatbot the ability to be integrated with any type of db (Such as SQL, Teradata or popular RDBMS systems). Additionally that chatbot will perform DML operations on existing databases to be able to answer user queries.
(Note that only db work is required in this job)
