Indian Audio Producer for complete music production of the Artist's Original Compositions

I am Utkarsh Negi - an IIT-Bombay graduate currently working as an Artist Manager for Game Up Music Record Labels.
We are an India-based Music Records Label, currently operating from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
We deal with production, publishing & promotion of content produced by our in-house artists associated with the label.

We are planning to release 4 more OCs of the artist in the next 45 days as the targeted timeline.
As such, we are looking for an audio producer with a handy experience in this field who can:
- blend recorded clips of vocals and instruments to achieve a certain sound
- turn this voice & guitar into a song & therefore can add whatever he wants :)
- put his own creative skills to use by making original sounds or music for the tracks
Skill required:
- Strong technical knowledge of music and recording
- The ability to operate studio equipment and use sound editing software
- Attention to detail and an excellent ear for music (required for analysing all the elements of a musical piece and identifying flaws in the production process)
- The ability to give productive feedback and the mental fortitude to receive negative feedback
We have a BUDGET ranging from INR 15k upto INR 20k per track - for complete music production, post production & mixing-mastering.
Expected delivery duration to be a maximum of 10 days from the date of initial audio track files submission.
