Fallout: New Vegas Modding -- 2

As the title says, I need someone well-adjusted in making mods for the game known as "Fallout: New Vegas." The mod I need to be made is very small and shouldn't take too much of your time and it shouldn't be too much to pay. It entails making an .esp file to convert an armor piece from the game Fallout 3 into New Vegas.
