mobile app: Unity filters for face (like snapchat)

We have an app in unity that is in the start phase and has put all areas together that should enable making face filters like in snapchat

This is in unity.
Unity use the mesh in the attached file.

No 3rd party filters should be used.

Optional:
The makeup filters should get help from python opencv and dllib to detect exct position in a AR/real time camera.
These filters are then shown with exact colour and transitions between the areas.

Stability:
The filters must be extremely stable and also super exact.
