Development of Android/iOS app - delivery of video on demand

To develop a specialist app for a leading UK charity that provides care to older people. The app needs to allow people to sign-up securely and access videos, that a preloaded.
We will require an admin panel to manage user profiles – accessible via the web.
Development of the supplied (templates in Figma/Adobe XD format) graphical app files as per our design concept.
Critical functional spec, user creation, profile (registration), video delivery/playback, video search and user reviewing/commenting.
Full AWS backend api usage as per the implementation detailed in the PDF. We will supply logins for this. (AWS Video on demand implementation using AWS Cognito).
User testing and bug squashing.
Submission into both app stores. (Apple Appstore and Google Play store).
Full master codebase supplied with documentation.
