Create mobile app IOS and ANDROID from WordPress website

Hello i want to create a mobile application IOS and Android from a WordPress website. No Webview. I want to use Push Notification, Payment (Klik&Pay : https://knpmodules.com/doc/en/#integration-du-mode-heberge). Need to display post, page content.

Need to create a native application crossplateform (Angular, IONIC, Cordova, as you want).
