I need someone to design an Excel spreadsheet from a simple Access database

We use Sharepoint at work so the simple Access database I have created doesn't work as it has to be downloaded by each user to enter data that is then stored locally, not back to Sharepoint. It is a simple database that I think could be converted to Excel with pivot tables, macros etc that I don't understand.
