ATTiny10 RGB Button Code (ATMEL, C) & Schematic (KiCad)

I need someone to design both the schematic circuit design with NO pcb design (KiCad) and create the code (written in C) to use an ATTINY10 to do the following:

- Use a momentary switch as a push button switch
- Change the color of an RGB LED per each button click
- Sleep the IC but keep the LED on in between button click

When the button is pressed it will progress to the next option going in the following order, please note that the button MUST be pushed for the next color to be shown and the color remains static until the button is pushed again:
OFF -> RED -> BLUE -> GREEN -> CYAN -> MAGENTA -> ORANGE -> PURPLE -> YELLOW ->

I have code( written in C) that was used for an ATTINY85 that enables an momentary switch to be used as push button and also uses sleep in between push buttons that you may reference as an example. If you leverage this code you will need to adjust for the ATTINY10 pins.

If possible only add resistors, please keep to as FEW components as possible. Package size of resistors should is 0603 smd.
