I need a new brand name for my charity, logo and brand colours

I'm a Trustee for a small charity supporting displaced people in detention centres and providing support post detention and starting a new life in the UK. Many of the detainees are vulnerable and have emotional and some physical issues following persecution and fleeing their homeland. The charity provides a be-friending service to male detainees giving emotional support as detention can be bleak, depressing, confusing and many detainees can become angry, low, lose hope while they wait for the legal process to conclude their futures. The charity also provides support to detainees upon release to help them settle into their new lives in the UK.
We are looking for a new name for the charity (we were Yarls Wood Befrienders - www.ywbefrienders.org) that encapsulates both the work we do supporting people in the detention centre but also support work we do post detention. The name must capture our values of trust, hope, support, emotions, being a friend etc. The name will then help to inform our website developers.
