create a 4g server ,squid

I Need a 4g server setup so I can connect to my client's social media pages without causing issues. There will be dongles hooked up with a USB hub to a laptop. Each dongle will need to be a different connection and be able to be reset x minutes(I get to pick) so that the IP changes.
