We run a marketplace where the user can either SELL (offer) Digital Goods or BUY them.
We need terms and conditions for this type of business.
1. Payment from and to a wallet. Wallet is on-site and can be topped up with PayPal or credit card to make purchases and credits can paid out
2. Sales are final if not disputed within 48 hours
3. Digital items sold are delivered via email download link or key
4. Delivery is instant but can take up to 24 hours in some cases
5. We are not responsible for the the items offered, traded or sold
