Seeking expert LMS developer with experience developing high-end, scalable LMS systems. Seeking quick turnaround on an LMS (30-days or less). Must link to Customer Portal via authentication. Must be able to create admin and learner profiles, add accounts/licenses and assign topics/track user progress. SCORM files are ready to go. Must be familiar with LTI key/Common Cartridge (our course will be mirrored from our LMS to our customers LMS's in order to effectively update content regularly.
