Need help in Sonarqube

Hi we are using Sonarqube community version 8.9, I need help regarding whenever we receive sonarqube analysis from Jenkins I want that analysis to send to my manager via email if that not possible I want to send that from jenkins if there is any plugin, And also in my company we are using Jenkins older version I want to upgrade that to latest without losing any previous pipelines data, configuration or plugin.
