Slack chatbot plugin

We are building a chatbot platform which receives commands from chatroom and translates those commands into actions via different interfaces. We currently have SSH interface and would like to add HTTP interface. If I type "bot http prodserver create_user xxx" on slack, it will pull the defined command from database that corresponds to "create_user" function and make a custom HTTP request to the endpoint defined for "prodserver".
