Changing and adding "Interactive" functionalities Layout in GUI Dashboard using Dash Plotly -- 2

I have a dashboard written in python using Dash. I need to change the layout and make it customizable.
Functionalities to be added:
1) Drag and drop, resizing containers
2) Collapsing each container
3) Able to add components in each container and hence expanding the container sizes.
