Attach XRP Ledger token distribution tools to html form -- 2

Looking to attach XRP Ledger token distribution tools to html form so that users can perform airdrops using the user interface on the webpage instead of using the tool through a terminal. Also need to create an API that would give me a list of all trustlines on XRP Ledger.
