Java GUI Application to Display Real Time Plots on Button Click and Save Data as CSV

I am a researcher looking to develop a simple Java GUI Application that will show a 2D line plot in real time and save the data as a CSV file.
At the moment, I do not have the real time data available as I am awaiting the API files. Therefore, candidates are expected to generate a random dataset that shows the plot being updated in real time. The pic provided shows what the layout of the application that I am expecting. However, if the potential candidate can provide a great application along with a detailed report on how the program works, there may be scope for future work needed. This is urgent job and only candidates with strong Java, JFreeChart, Xchart programming are sought after.
