Interior designer needed for creative optimization of apartment floor plan
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I am looking for a creative approach that will produce a design that will meet a list of challenging requirements.
The living room (L)

The goal is to create a space that will feel spacious and not cramped
When you enter the apartment, you should not find yourself facing the kitchen
The dining table should not be part of the kitchen but in its own space
A utility closet should be near the entrance
The guest restroom should have a door that will not be seen from living room, should be facing the corridor that connects the living area to the rest of the apartment
**Note:
- The proportion of the width and length of the room can be changed as long as the area of the room stays the same.
Should accommodate the following:
* Open kitchen
- Maximize storage space
- Maximize counter and working area
- Include spaces for refrigerator, over, stove, dishwasher
* Dinning table for at least 8 people
* Guest / hosting area including:
- sofa (for at least 4 people) with chaise lounge
- facing couch / chair
- coffee table
- TV
* Guest restroom
* Utility closet for coats
Master bedroom (M1, M2, M3)

The goal is to create a master bedroom (M1) with a walking closet and a restroom.
The restroom should be spacious enough to accommodate:
* A shower that can be used by two people
* A sink with an under sink storage / cabinet with drawers for dirty laundry
* Wall hung toilet
The walking closet can take space from the room (M1) itself since it is relatively wide (4.6m). The current designated closet in the room (M2) is too small. We need at least 4.5m in total for
** Note:
All doors can be replaced by sliding doors to save space that needs to be reserved for a regular door.
