Design Layout of a duplex penthouse / Floor Plan 410sqm / Optimize space

need to redesign a duplex penthouse 410sqm layout.
Need to redo the layout, add more rooms and reoptimize the space of the rooms/area, create some areas

For example the hall upstair is too large, need to rebalance the bedrooms upstairs in terms of size , add new office/library

Must be done at scale (refer to the attachment)

ROOMS/AREAS NEEDED
Downstairs
1 bedroom + 1 bathroom + toilet
Open kitchen (island in middle with 10 seats)
Living Room
Dining room (optional as there are the island with 10 seats instead can be pool table)
Game room (can be the 4th bedroom/ guest room downstairs converted)

Laundry room / Drying room
Storage room


Upstairs

3 bedrooms
(master bedroom upstairs must have walking closed and ensuite bathroom)
Need to rebalance the 2 other bedrooms in terms of size (queen size bed/king size bed)

Office/library

Hall is too big need to add office/Library , and increase size bedrooms
