Intercom handset (btcino) not working.

I live in an apartment block of 9 apartments. My handset is the only one in the block not working. The property management have sent a contractor which has confirmed there are no communal issues and there is power to the handset in my apartment. However, the buzzer still does not work. It has been recommended that it is possibly a programming issue.
