• 10~12 years’ experience in the field of Life Insurance/BFSI Operations
• Post Graduate (MBA) with an understanding of insurance/BFSI processes, Business workflow
• Black / Green Belt certified - Have handled multiple Black / Green Belt projects.
• In-depth Knowledge of concepts of Lean and Six Sigma and other quality standards
• Experience in using Statistical tools
